The Kojo Hospitality Group’s first restaurant, Zula Burger, opened its doors in 2017, drawing inspiration from its location in the backstreets of Harbiye for its name, which means “Hidden Corner”. Appreciated by connoisseurs for its distinctive sauces and flavors, Zula merited the award for the best street food by Gault & Millau. It is now preparing to open its first establishment in Europe, situated in London.
